AFTERMATH of Super7 concert

I think I am seriously obsessed w RM and IC. And my love for the members is no longer limited to the few, whom I thought I prefer, but to all!

Recently, IC members were going to hold a concert, thanking their viewers for their continuous support, and it was organized by Leessang Company. Well, when I first know about it, I was like okay, cus Gil is in IC, and Gil is from Leessang co, which definitely have fantatic experience in organizing such concert, so I thought that's why other members also approved to let Leessang co. do the job.

However, due to various reasons, the concert is cancelled! I did not really get the reasons quite well! According to Gil's tweet, apparently people are criticizing about having to pay for the concert; complaining that they are not professional singers and whatsoever.

But here the thing, aren't the members ARTISTS? GAGMAN? Dont you think it's alright to pay for artist performances?! The show itself is actually a derivation of IC, so why compared this to those in the past? And jus because they are not Kpop, does not mean that they got no value! In addition, out of the 7 members, 3 are PROF singers(Gil, Haha and PMS), I think they make the concert worth its price; To add on, JS and JH and maybe also JD and HC can sing too! Rmb the 'I am kinda singer' episode they did last year. Well, even if they do not sing, they can also entertain the audience with an hour long of situation skit, which will also make the tix worth it. Why so picky abt them?! They do not own us anything, so why are some people expecting a Free concert?! U think all the lighting, sound effect and venue come for free?

Also, they did mention that they will donate the profit to some organizations/charity. Just that they only have ideas and have yet to execute. Why do people want to criticise about the whereabouts of the profits even before they even collect the money? And, so what if they are really keeping the profit for themselves? They also need to make a living, they got family to support and etc. They need money! Why is it possible for other celebs to hold concerts, selling even higher priced tix, but not them?

I seldom comment/criticise about any kpop stuff publicly, but I exploded this time. Because of this, Gil and Gary are taking their position off variety shows, namely RM and IC! And i am upset about it!! They are taking the entire responsibility and decided to retreat from variety. How sad would they be?? To be leaving the shows which they have been on several years. To be leaving the fun and joy after having forge strong brotherhood and friendship. It is esp sad for GIL! He must have really enjoy himself on IC, thats why he worked hard and harder to impress the audiences. Even on times when he was constantly under attacked by netizens, pressurizing him to leave IC, he did not leave. And yet, he made such decision this time. As for Gary, due to his injury, I can uds why he is considering leaving RM. Afterall, he cannot perform to his fullest with his injury.

Though I do not want to see you guys leaving the variety show, it is your choice. I will continue to support you two, cus you are simply awesome! Fighting!! <3
