I wanted to write smth initially, however my mood is all gone after a scolding from a customer. Feel like scolding him back, but i knw i cant, cause he is the customer after all.

Arghhh.... GND la, i only earned a few bucks out of your shoe kay, you are the one who want to send the shoe in for repairing at the wrong time, you cant blame us. Moreover, i rmb me saying clearly previously that i will contact you when your shoe return, what for you come before i call you and scolded us for not calling you?

Waa, at this moment i feel like rebuting him. Telling him that we dont sell things on credit, so of course we wont forgt to collect money from you when you purchase something from us. GND, he even threaten to wanting a new one when he come the next week!

if being your own self is so hard to stay on in the current environment, thn change to fit yourself into the new enviroment. Pls, when you want to change to someone better, do change completely, if not nothing change!
