Review on PROPWALL, a luxury property resources website


One glance at the homepage, you would get to see all the features that is available in the entire website, namely from the top properties, to Q&A and even to the top user of the site. There is too much of information for user to look at just at the homepage and for some, i feels that it is not necessary. It kind of cover up the most important part of the page which is the introduction part.

For first-time user of the site, it is pose a problem for them, as the site is not as friendly user as it suppose to be. For user who want to buy a property, they may not know how exactly can they start to do so.

For website hopper, many of them may not even know what the website is about when they leave, which is to the disadvantage of the website. i feels that the homepage introduction should be place at a more prominent position such that web hopper would be able to know what the web is about and come back to this web when they need it in the future.

This website is actually quite a informative web page and is indeed a place to go if one intend to buy a properties. For example if you are considering the DUA Residency at KLCC, the web page consist of a detail information of this page. From the properties details such as the developer, maintenance price to the launch price per square feet. There is also the different layouts and analysis for the particular property available. For user who have an intention to buy or invest in that property, the information given is more than sufficient. Photos uploaded by the members are also of good quality, giving the user a clear picture of how the property look like. Though at every page of the properties, the is an "edit this page" option available, user did not need to worry about the reliability of the details as only members of the web page can edit the page.

One of the interesting section of the page is that there is a map available, which you can easily locate where is your desire property. This would be useful for user who are not familiar with the location.

However, i realize that all the properties are mainly from KL and nearby cities. Properties in places such as Johor and Penang are not available in this page. Perhaps, the webmaster may want to increase the number of properties available in such area so as to garner more visitors.

i have got nothing much to do right now, how?
i am going filming later for my OP before i can go home at 1. OMG, one o'clock, it's been a long time since i last go home at 1pm. WOOHOO, maybe i am going for a movie w HY, hmm not very sure though.

On wed, i think i have CCA leh, so i am not very sure whether i can go out with GF. Hais, very long nv go out with them already, miss them lot. Hais, hopefully i can end early that day. We are going nihon mura, yeah!! this outing is plan by WW, so i would try my best to make it for that day.

OMG I FINALLY CAN GET ACCESS TO BLOGGER!!

This week gonna be a looonnnng week, cause this is a PW week. I have PW training workshop tmr till 5. Waa, another long day.

Anyway i participated in an AMAZING RACE on saturday. it was indeed a "AMAZING" one! Though we did not run round SG, i was drop dead after the competition.
That day was also the HUMAN RACE and congrats to RARA for completing the race! hahas she run the whole race instead of taking the bus back to the finishing line, so qiang!!!

Actually i thought i have alot to post about when i get access to blogger, but i seems that i have nothing much har.

Oya, before i end, just to inform you people about my PROMOS. I have YET to get PROMOTED. But then, i am kind of getting ready to be retain le. TSELIN TOO!! Even so, i am not really sad about it ba, cause i kind of have some improvement for PROMOS as compare to my MYE. ANYWAY, the actual results would only be release on 16 NOV, so perhaps i should post about it then.

Meanwhile, there is alot of things happening in between. From the BIG BIG DAY 2 NOV, which happen to be my BDAY AS WELL AS A LVL CHINESE. I am celebrating my bday in the ZOO hopefully, to 13NOV, which is WW BDAY and my OP presentation day.
