One glance at the homepage, you would get to see all the features that is available in the entire website, namely from the top properties, to Q&A and even to the top user of the site. There is too much of information for user to look at just at the homepage and for some, i feels that it is not necessary. It kind of cover up the most important part of the page which is the introduction part.

For first-time user of the site, it is pose a problem for them, as the site is not as friendly user as it suppose to be. For user who want to buy a property, they may not know how exactly can they start to do so.

For website hopper, many of them may not even know what the website is about when they leave, which is to the disadvantage of the website. i feels that the homepage introduction should be place at a more prominent position such that web hopper would be able to know what the web is about and come back to this web when they need it in the future.

This website is actually quite a informative web page and is indeed a place to go if one intend to buy a properties. However, i realize that all the properties are mainly from KL and nearby cities. Properties in places such as Johor and Penang are not available in this page. Perhaps, the webmaster may want to increase the number of properties available in such area so as to garner more visitors.
